Hope Academy Ribbon Cutting | Tradition Capital Bank “Acorn Cove” Playground

Tradition Capital Bank partnered with Hope Academy to build the Tradition Capital Bank “Acorn Cove” Playground.  The vision in partnering with Hope Academy is to empower the youth in our community through education, while providing them a save place to play.  Hope Academy is a private, Christ-centered, classical academy founded as an opportunity-equalizer for urban youth. Today they serve 550 students in grades K-12, with a vision of growing to 700 students.

The official ribbon cutting took place July 8, 2021.  Attendees were able to witness the students’ joy as we cut the ribbon and they were released to play on the playground for the first time, tour the school, and connected over lunch.
