Villages of Island Park Groundbreaking | Mound, MN

Tradition Development, Enebak Construction, and RT Residential are partnering with Inland Development Partners on the Villages of Island Park project in Mound, Minnesota. This project will consist of 18 attached townhome units spread across 5 buildings in a location just blocks off of Lake Minnetonka. Groundbreaking took place early October, followed by Tradition Development and Enebak Construction completing site development and utility work on the site.  RT Residential will begin vertical construction of the buildings in late November, and will finish the project Summer 2022.
