MATTER Insight Trip | Tradition Capital Bank 2024

At the end of September, nine members of Tradition Capital Bank traveled to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, to witness firsthand the incredible impact of our partnership with MATTER.

Some highlights of the trip included:

• Meeting several of our loan recipients who are scaling their small businesses and affecting dramatic economic change in the area.
• Meeting our TCB intern, Sheryl Nyathi, who is part of the MATTER Career Readiness Institute, working to disrupt the education system in the region through student-based, tech-affiliated learning.
• Appreciating both the beauty and resiliency of the Zimbabwean people, through nature, activities, great food, and better understanding of life in Zimbabwe.
