  over 700 loans for well over $200 million to help our clients build, buy, and refinance.

 

• Interest rates are still at historic lows.
  Despite the hoopla in the media for the steady rise in interest rates in 2018, interest
  rates are still extremely low. Comparing May 2018’s average 30 year rate of 4.625%, in
  May 2008 we topped 6%, in May 1998 we topped 7%, and way back in May 1988 we
